Article 2) Subject

This agreement includes the mutual rights and obligations between the Consumer who ordered the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below from the website www.dampigo.com.tr and the Seller who owns this website, Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers Amended by Law No. 4822 and Distance Contracts Implementation Procedure. It is regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on its Principles.

Article 3) General Conditions

People under the age of 18 cannot shop on the www.dampigo.com.tr website. By confirming this agreement electronically, the consumer confirms that he is over 18 years of age.?? The seller is not responsible for price and content errors arising from typographical and system errors that may occur on the www.dampigo.com.tr website.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect prices. When the consumer makes a purchase from www.dampigo.com.tr, he/she accepts that this purchase is for personal use and not for resale purposes.
By confirming this contract electronically, the Consumer confirms that he/she has obtained the correct and complete address, telephone number, basic features of the ordered products, the price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information that must be given to the Consumer by the Seller before the conclusion of distance contracts. .
If the price of the product is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the Seller is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product. The processing date of the orders placed via bank transfer or EFT by the Seller is not the date the order was placed, but the payment is made to the Seller's bank. It is the date on which it is seen that the payment is received in their accounts. The Consumer agrees that the Seller will cancel the order if the payment is not made within 1 week for the orders placed via bank transfer or EFT.??
If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, and after the delivery of the product, the bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product to the Seller due to the unfair or unlawful use of the Consumer's credit card by unauthorized persons without the Consumer's consent. Provided that the product has been delivered to the Consumer, it must be sent to the Seller within 3 days.

Article 4) Obligations of the Seller

The seller fulfills his obligation within thirty days at the latest from the moment the consumer delivers the order. This period can be extended for a maximum of ten days, provided that the consumer is notified in writing in advance.
The Seller cannot be held responsible if the ordered product cannot be delivered to the Consumer due to any problems that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery of the product to the Consumer.
The Seller cannot be held responsible if the delivery of the ordered product is not accepted by the buyer at the delivery address.
Provided that it is based on a justified reason, the Seller may offer and supply products of equal quality and price to the Consumer before the expiration of the performance obligation.
For various reasons, it may not be possible to produce the ordered products. If the Seller cannot fulfill its contractual obligations, claiming that the fulfillment of the goods or services subject to the order has become impossible, it shall notify the Consumer of this situation before the contractual performance obligation expires. It returns the paid amount and all documents that put it in debt to the Consumer within 10 days.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the product he ordered to himself or to the person/organization at the address specified as the Delivery Address. Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

It should not be within the scope of Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The seller has the right not to accept returns made without notification. The consumer or the third party is obliged to send the invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials sent to him to the Seller, together with the product return. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, will not be refunded for products for which the original invoice is not sent.
During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration, damage or similar loss of value that occurs in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the Consumer making the return belongs to the Consumer making the return. The product price will be refunded to the Consumer within 7 (seven) days following the receipt of these documents.
Article 5) Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised
The consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal for products that are produced in accordance with the Consumer's special wishes and demands or that have been personalized by making changes or additions. For this reason, specially designed products prepared in line with the Consumer's wishes and all products produced in line with the Consumer's wishes are included in the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Article 6) Competent Courts

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Consumer or the Seller are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. If the order is placed, the Consumer is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
