Delivery and Return

DELIVERY TERMS
  • After your order is confirmed, you can view your orders through the "My Account" link, get information about their status, and track your cargo after it has been shipped.

  • Orders placed online on our site are checked periodically every day, at certain times during the day, within the time specified in the order form. Orders placed after 17.00 will be evaluated the next day. Orders placed before 12:00 on Saturdays will be delivered to the cargo.

  • Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1 to 3 days. Delivery times to addresses outside city centers may vary depending on the delivery address. Orders up to 600 km will be delivered in 1 day, and orders over 600 km will be delivered in 2 days.

  • Orders must only be within the borders of Türkiye.

  • Please be aware that during discount and promotion times, delivery may be a little later due to increased demand.

  • Deliveries can only be made if the products you ordered are in stock and your payment can be received.

Our Return and Exchange Policy


Product return requests are made within the following criteria, based on Article 31 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 dated 23/02/1995 and Article 9/A added to this Law by Law No. 4822.


By law, in online sales (sales with distance contracts), consumers have the right to reject and return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. However, for purchases made from dampigo.com.tr, unused products can be exchanged within 30 days upon presentation of the invoice.


No exchanges can be made on promotional and specially designed products.

In case of a return, cargo must be sent to the return address of our online retail channel.

Your products must be returned in their original packaging, with labels, complete (with accessories, belts, etc.) and unused.


If there is a promotional or free product sent with the order, it must be returned.


As with shopping in our stores, you can open the packaging to look at and try the products. However, if it is returned, it must be sent with its original packaging.


The products to be returned must not contain perfume, lotion or deodorant that will leave a strong odor or leave a mark.


Underwear products cannot be exchanged or returned.


The product to be returned must be sent by filling in the reason for return in the return form on the back, along with the delivery note. Returns of products for which the invoice has not been sent are not accepted.


For all returns you make within 3 days, the shipping fee incurred by sending the products to our company belongs to our company, provided that the return is made via contracted cargo. Shipping costs for exchange products belong to the buyer. The shipping fee for returns from other cargo companies belongs to the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURES

• If your returned product complies with the return conditions, your refund will be made using the payment method you used in the order.

• Your payment for your returned order will be made within 7 business days at most from the date you send the return. You will be notified by e-mail when the products reach our return address. EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS

• You can make an exchange with your invoice at our nearest store. If your product is a gift and you do not have an invoice, you can only exchange it from our store with an exchange card .
Exchanges are not possible in our Internet Store.
